Our Story

Founded in 2002 in Dayton, Ohio, Fischer Engineering Company, LLC began as a two-person structural consulting practice with a simple philosophy: engineering done right the first time. Over the years, that philosophy has grown into a full-service engineering firm serving clients across manufacturing, logistics, energy, and commercial construction.

Today, our team includes licensed professional engineers, certified project managers, automation specialists, and materials scientists who share a common commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. We've completed over 1,200 projects across 14 states, ranging from small facility upgrades to multi-million-dollar industrial installations.

We're proud to be an Ohio-based company that brings big-firm capability with the personalized service and accountability that only a closely-held firm can deliver.
